Next Day Nationwide Shipping
We can deliver bamboo poles or a single screen anywhere in ireland, delivery charges will vary per consignment and location so please contact us for a quotation before payment for an exact quote. UK deliveries will be dispatched within 3 working days. Prices depend on location so please call or e-mail with your location for an accurate quotation.
Shipping estimate
All delivery costs are calculated depending on weight and destination of your order. We have found that it is more practical for you to contact us with your delivery address and we will then get an exact cost for your order to be delivered to your door step.
Refund, return and cancellation policy
At Bamboo Suppliers of Ireland, we're here to provide the best customer service possible, even if you have items to return. If you need to return, cancel or change an order, you can do so but conditions do apply.
Once an order has been dispatched payment for delivery cannot be refunded.
If you wish to change your order, poles or products will be exchanged once they are returned in the same condition prior to dispatch within 48 hrs. and balance will be added or subtracted from invoice. Extra carriage charges will be with the customer.
If you decide to cancel an order, please call us immediately, as all order cancellations must be processed initially by phone. After your first call, we will follow up by e-mail with cancellation or return updates.
Please note.
Bamboo is a natural product; each pole is unique and will vary in size, shape, taper, and colour. Each pole is expected to be within +/-20% of the range diameter it is sold in. Bamboo is a natural product and is subject to cracking, splitting and discoloration, none of which will affect its structural purpose.
Keeping the above in mind returns cannot be accepted on the basis that poles are not straight, are non-uniform or cracked.
